Our experiences begin promptly at the time indicated in your booking confirmation.
We kindly invite you to arrive at the Reception a few minutes in advance, allowing us to welcome you, verify your reservation, and accompany you to the start of the visit.
In the event of a late arrival, the tour will still begin at the scheduled time. Guests who arrive later may join the group already in progress; however, it will not be possible to repeat the initial parts of the visit that have already taken place.
We are pleased to welcome younger guests to our winery. However, we would like to kindly remind visitors that production areas are operational environments where particular attention is required. We therefore ask that children remain under the supervision of their accompanying adults at all times during the visit.
Guests under the age of 18 are not permitted to participate in the wine tasting.
For the comfort of all guests, we also kindly ask that children maintain a respectful behavior appropriate to the setting and the tranquility of the group. Under no circumstances should children be left unattended within the premises.
For safety reasons, pets are permitted inside the winery only if transported in an appropriate carrier. During the tasting, they may be taken out of the carrier provided they remain seated next to their owner and only with the consent of the other guests present.
